Compassionate & knowledgeable

Attorney Holiday saved my job a few years ago when she worked at Cross Law firm. She cares about her clients and is very knowledgeable about the law and made it very clear and concise about my rights in the case and what was being violated by the employer. It is not about money with her, she worked w...ith me on a payment plan that made it possible for me to retain her legal help. She really cares about helping people and will fight for you until justice is served. An outstanding attorney and an awesome person! Attorney Holiday ROCKS!

Stay far away

Told her I wasn't interested in pursuing a certain tactic but she said that was the first step which I later found out wasn't true after over $2k in fees. Was a waste of my time and money. She dangles hope of representing you in court on a contingency basis but then drops you after the hourly work ...is done that she talked you into. I have seen other reviews saying similar things.

A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution, I do not feel at liberty to respond in a detailed fashion in this form. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events.
