I have consulted Ryan on a couple of occasions regarding a case to help me recoup funds from an executed convertible note agreement for an Illinois business. Mr Zeller has represented me twice. Once in a bankruptcy case where we were owed $200k. We didn't anticipate collecting anything at all. However Mr Zeller was able to collect a significant amount of the balance. The 2nd circumstance revolved around negotiating a lease assignment, in which the land...lord was being difficult.
