I focus my practice in the area of landlord-tenant law representing landlords and property management companies.

I handle both commercial and residential evictions and the accompanying damage claims for my clients throughout the state.  I also handle litigation dealing with lead-based paint issues, bed bugs, Fair Housing (discrimination) claims, building code orders, public nuisance lawsuits, building code orders, and the defense of Wisconsin Administrative Code - ATCP 134 violations and investigations. 

I assist clients with the drafting and interpretation of commercial leases and residential rental agreements and other rental documents and am the author of the landlord-tenant legal forms sold at Wisconsin Legal Blank Co., Inc. which are used throughout Wisconsin.

I also consult with landlords and management companies on best practices in th emanagement of both commercial and residential rental properties.

I present seminars on landlord-tenant law and related matters throughout the state and am the past-president of the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. and am currently serving on its Board of Directors.
