Jim represented me during the hardest time of my life. My ex husband did things I never could have imagined. Jim used the law to protect me and my daughter, answered all my calls, was reassuring and always available. He is fairly priced and took monthly payments. He’s got a heart for people, especially families and children and truly wants to do the right thing!

2nd Time is a charm
I hired James Palmisano into my fourth year of a grueling divorce battle. My first attorney was unprofessional and refused to value my opinion. James was kind, considerate and extremely aggressive . We set a goal for my case to be handled in a timely matter. Within that year I was divorced and I received a fantastic settlement. I highly recommend James Palmisano and associates.

Gets the job done!!
I first used James Palmisano for my divorce 17 years ago. Then over the course of eight years I used several different attorneys for my post divorce issues. After being scammed and manipulated by those other attorneys, I went back to James & wished I never left him. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently & effectively.

Mr. Palmisano Rocks!
Mr. Palmisano is a wonderful person with good character, moral and ethics. He demonstrated professionalism, and he and his associates went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me with child support, and obtaining money that I am was entitled to. He was excellent in the courtroom! You Rock Mr. Palmisano ! So does Roland Ernst!, and Jennifer Clancy!

Worlds Greatest!
I saw miracles happen in the court room yesterday with Jim Palmisano as my attorney. He always finds the loophole! He is personable, has years of experience, aggressive and always prepared. The attorney for my ex husband puts on a big dramatic show, while Mr. Palmisano " brought it". His associates are great too. One of them being from Notre Dame!

Thank God for My Guardian Angel
Thank God for Mr Palmisano, he is my Guardian Angel ! I have experienced several lawyers before him. They all left me with no results feeling abandoned, depressed, and broke. My current case is concerning the wrongful distribution of pensions, Mr. Palmisano was able to step right in and sort through the mess that others had created. He is a man of the highest integrity, and from what I see very empathetic toward the person that he represents. Mr. Palmisano has also helped me to get child support, and educational support for my son. He is aggressive and will get the job done. I can only hope that everybody needing help with their children, support, and straightening out pensions will find him in a timely manner. I found him to be a very professional, respectful, and courteous lawyer who will strive to make everything right.

PRAISE FOR MY HERO!!!!
James Palmisano is my hero!!!!! He works hard and fights for what is right. I turned to Palmisano after getting screwed over by Diane Panos/Nancy Donlon. James Palmisano is very professional and does not back down to opposing lawyers. He is not afraid to butt heads and stand up for you. I spoke with a few other lawyers before asking Palmisano to take my case. I was told that he is part PIT BULL when he gets mad. I was told that he will stand up and fight for you and he has done exactly that. He will not back down!!! I am proud to say that he is my lawyer and he deserves a super hero cape!!!

Worst law group ever
I hired his law group explicitly for a child support case in June. They assigned Jennifer Clancy to my case. The judge ordered a DNA test and she told the whole court she had never done a DNA test before and had to ask which lab to use. Extremely unprofessional and belligerent when contacted regarding valid case questions. I fired them in November of 2020 for unnecessarily dragging out my case. The next issue I had with this law group was with getting my unused retainer refunded back to me. They signed an inaccurate check amount in January. They intentionally sat on my check for 3 additional months and purposely dragged mailing out my check out until I contacted them in February. Pretty horrible having to ask where your money is when they didn’t have to ask me where their money was. Do yourself a favor and hire Mary Davis instead of these unprofessional expensive con artists.
