Chicago-native David Pasulka is a name-to-know in the area of divorce litigation, custody litigation, paternity, property settlement and appellate advocacy. In his more than 25 years of practice, David has implemented his substantial talents to create a thriving law firm and has earned a reputation for excellence in Cook and the surrounding counties by concentrating exclusively in the practice of Divorce and Family Law.
As an accomplished author and speaker, David regularly lectures to Judges and fellow attorneys on a plethora of divorce related topics. David has had the honor of speaking at "Divorce University", a seminar produced by The Lilac Tree, an Evanston-based resource for women contemplating divorce. Also, David frequently speaks at Continuing Legal Education courses.
David has authored, co-authored and edited dozens of legal articles in legal publications and educational texts, including the Illinois Bar Journal, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, the Illinois Family Law Report and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Additionally, David has appeared on numerous television and radio talk shows.
David also serves the court as a preeminent representative of children, having been appointed in hundreds of cases to provide a voice for and represent the children involved in divorce cases.
Among David's numerous awards and accolades, including the honorary titles of "Leading Lawyer" and "Super Lawyer," he has also received the highest possible rating from the leading legal analyst, Martindale Hubbell. David has been named among the 20 Top Divorce Attorneys by "North Shore Magazine," and among the 10 Top Divorce Lawyers by "The Chicago Sun Times".
Well respected in his field, David previously chaired or held office on several leading Divorce Committees. Among them, being a member of the Committee that drafted the ground-breaking "Leveling of the Playing Field" statutes and scores of other statutes. David is also a member of the following Committees: Illinois State Bar Association, Family Law Section Council; Chicago Bar Association, Matrimonial Law Committee (past chair); American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (past Board Member and Vice-President); North Suburban Bar Association (past president); Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (advisory board). David has been chairman, or a member of dozens of bar association subcommittees.

Do not hire!
Failed to properly listen to my concerns and address financial and custody issues. Made decisions and agreements with opposing counsel against my wishes, and without my permission. Also, billed for hours not worked.
