A remarkable and personal experience! I interviewed 5 attorneys and instantly after speaking to Mark and his team, I knew he was the one. He put me at ease, which is very important during a legal process and every time I called, he returned the call personally that day. Most important, we got the mo...st favorable outcome due to 2 overall characteristics in my opinion. First characteristic is his likeability to connect to everyone.
