Mark Peter Sutter

Mark Sutter is the first lawyer I have hired and recommend and will be the only lawyer I ever do! He is honest in what he tells you with your case good and bad, he makes a plan and does everything is his power to make it happen, he motivates you to do good for not only the courts but for most importa...ntly yourself as well. I had a case in DuPage where I was apart of the Drug Court Program, during that program I was charged with another felony in Cook. From there it went down. States attorneys from both counties tried their hardest to put me in prison with petitions to terminate, treatment facility after treatment facility from residential to iop to sober living to all levels of care over and over again. I was in a revolving door not able to have time to get a job, go to school, live. In January of 2020 my mom and I sought for help. My brother recommended Mark Sutter. We had our consultation, he told us his plan for my cases, and we went forward and put all our trust in him. After 6 months (COVID continued many court dates which unfortunately extended out everything), Mark got me pulled from the Drug Court Program and I was accepted into TASC Probation for both DuPage and Cook to run congruently on in the new county I live in. Mark didn’t make any promises, he told my mom and I what he is going to try to do and he did it. During my time with him he showed me there is a light an the end of the tunnel, don’t lose hope and keep fighting. I always listened to Mark’s advice, he wasn’t the only one that had to do the work, I did too. Mark is an Excellent Attorney and I would without any doubt highly recommend him to Anyone and Everyone that needs an Attorney. This was my 1st time dealing with an overwhelming amount of Charges, He went over my case with me, And quickly came up with a Game Plan to Fight the Pending Charges and even... get the judge to Dismiss them. He is very easy to talk to, as it can be hard discussing some of your skeletons you had been trying to keep tucked deep in closet.
