Kristin Flanagan took over my case in the middle of several ongoing issues. She was very well versed in my case. I had several contempt issues with my divorce. The house did not get refinanced or sold per the divorce decree. Kristin handled all of the issues and dealt with the court appointed realtor... and loan officers to rectify the situation. It was an extremely stressful time for all parties. I was very happy with the resolution and results. I hired Kristin about 2 years into my divorce case, when things were spinning out of control. She was able to take over my file and make sense of it all. She quickly started a custody agreement and GAL process so we could keep moving on the case. She didn’t shy away from the opposing counsel when the...y started to get aggressive, and took it a step further to challenge them. She had calls with the GAL and opposing counsel outside of court status hearings to try and speed things up as well. Her office staff is also very friendly and easy to communicate with.
