Patience and Perseverance

Mr. Chiero was my lawyer several years ago in a child custody issue I had. I was repeatedly fighting with my ex; we could never agree on anything and my poor son was caught in the middle. He would come home with mystery bruises and little explanations for the injuries when he returned from his father...s' home. My lawyers at the time seemed to care little and would never return my calls. Mr. Chiero handled the case in a very professional manner once I hired him. He would take my calls, and had a very soothing demeanor. He was unintimidated by my ex's lawyers, and fought to get me an Order of Protection that saved my son a lot of pain. I now am able to support my son with the custody deal he worked out, and I know that my son is safe in my custody. The ease with which Mr. Chiero was able to reference the law and his skill in the courtroom made me comfortable at all times. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Chiero was extremely helpful and mindful of my difficult situation. He was always insightful, prepared, and successful in court. I would highly recommend Mr. Chiero to any mothers seeking legal assistance to protect their children.

Thankful Michael was My Divorce Attorney

Michael knows family law and I am grateful for his help. He provided outstanding representation to me and was compassionate through out the entire process. My matter involved custody issues. His court presentation of the case was what brought my case to a good conclusion that was in the best int...erest of my children. He did not cause extra court appearances or drag the case out to cause unnecessarily high legal fees. I have continued to use Michael for my post decree needs and would recommend him to anyone needing family law assistance.

Kane County custody and divorce case

Mr. Chiero provided me with more useful information in thirty minutes than my prior counsel provided to me in eighteen months. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fair with his fees. Mr. Chiero's advanced skill in the courtroom resulted in an unexpected award of sole custody of my chi...ld to me. In addition to protecting me and my daughter in the courtroom, Mr. Chiero also gave me comfort and peace of mind with his calm demeanor and soothing voice. My daughter still refers to Mr. Chiero as her hero.
