Kelleher and Buckley
I met Andy while attempting to complete a complicated 1031 exchange complete with environmental issues. Since that time three years ago, he has earned all of my personal legal business and that of the various other companies I either own or operate. Prairie State Entities
We have switched to this firm from a smaller one two years ago as our business has grown. We have different types of needs based on litigation, contracts, employee situations, leases, and other matters. Going to a larger full scale firm was an easy transition. The firm is extremely responsive to our needs, gets back to us in a timely matter with issues and timelines, and takes the time to understand the underlying issues and advise us if it is worthwhile to pursue certain legal remedies. The fact that the firm has lawyers that have CPA certifications helps immensely with tax issues. As a result of using this firm for business, i have also moved my personal matters over to them. The firm pointed out many important instruments to protect my family and assets that were not identified or discussed by my previous attorney. I have recommended both business and friends to the firm who have had great experiences to. I usually do not give excellent ratings but this one was truly earned.

Strong Advisor
We are very pleased with Andy, his work and his team. We have a small business and have been working with Andy to solidify our estate planning. Not ever having gone through this before, Andy put my wife and I at ease right away. He is very attentive and focused. He really listened to us as we explained our situation. Estate Planning Needs Handled Well
Andy and his firm have handled numerous client estate planning cases for our group at UBS. He personally handled complex cases for a wide range of client demographics. Our clients ranged from a recently married basic will and trust to a large privately held business with multi-generational components.
