Amazing

Justin is a shark. Going against my ex (sociopathic narcissistic) husband in a very difficult custody battle. Justin is very good with communication and getting to the point. He will tell you and anyone how it is and works entirely to get you the out come you strive for.

Justin gets it done when my last attorney couldn't

I was recommended to work with Justin on my "highly contested" divorce with a raging narcissist. It had been 8 months and the needle hadn't moved an inch. Justin came in and he accomplished what my last attorney couldn't. It was 3 months in the working of getting my home back while my ex moved out an...d the house was vacant. Two days into hiring Justin, opposing counsel answered his emails after not receiving any response for 3 months regarding the issue. Just merely hiring Justin provided an upper hand in my case. He walks tall and carries a big stick. The courtroom is an attorney of people who know each other and it seems that everyone knows Justin. His law firm is definitely known as my realtor mentioned it when she heard his name. Regardless, I am a week in to having Justin as my lawyer and I already feel more confident with him on my side, he's achieved as much if not more in that time frame than the last attorney, and he seems sincere and legit. If you have a difficult divorce with a lying maniac then you probably have Leah Setzen as your opposing counsel attorney. Justin is the one to make it right. I am shocked there aren't more reviews.

Outstanding results!

Immediately after my divorce my ex-spouse refused to comply with court orders and left the country. I sought help with enforcing the judgment and was fortunate in meeting Justin Smit. Excellent Family Law Attorney

Justin will go to battle for you. He knows the issues and law better than most attorneys. He will come up with a strategy to get the case resolved as fast as possible with the best outcome.
