I hired Brad in 2012 to work on what was going to be a very complex divorce (turned into 4 years of litigation, lots of discovery, business valuations, motions, etc). Two points stand out. First, he was strategic and worked to understand my priorities and then to work towards those goals. For example, I wanted and ultimately received 50% parenting of my children (I am the father), I wanted to and was able to purchase a home before the divorce was final (and had to deal with lots of games from the other side) and I wanted a fair division of assets, and we accomplished. Domestic law isn't clean and one doesn't go through it with the feeling that it is fair, but Brad managed all of the pieces quite well and got the results I had wanted. Second, he is a fair attorney and doesn't suggest doing work just to run up the bill. He is also quite responsive, returning calls quickly and has an amazing memory of the case; there were times where he remembered a fact we hadn't discussed in two years, but which proved critical in preparing a response. He also doesn't sugar-coat advice when giving his opinion or perspective. In short, he is professional, all business and on top of the case. I was in great hands.

Mr. Giglio guided me through a very emotional divorce process. He educated me on what I was entitled to according to the law and helped me determine and achieve the best possible result in my situation. Not only was I in the hands of a highly skilled attorney when it comes down to the law, but the genuine compassion, sensitivity, and support I received through the entire process is something that is specific to my experience with Mr. Giglio. Legal matters are difficult on so many levels, but he will ensure the process is smooth, painless, and in your favor. I truly cannot recommend Mr. Giglio enough.

Mr. Giglio has assisted my family on several cases. There is no attorney or person I trust more. He helped me at one of the worst times in my life. My son at the age of 12 was diagnosed with a rare condition that prevents him from attending school regularly and has intermittent symptoms from intense pain and numbness to collapsing without warning. I was having a problem with my son's school. They didn't understand my son's condition or the extra support that he needed. I felt like I was being judged and blamed for my son's missing school and poor grades. Mr. Giglio took the time to research his condition so that he would be able to fight for my son. And boy did Mr. Giglio fight! Mr. Giglio was impressive to see in action. He was like a dog with a bone. He took on the school and won! He even personally educated the school on my son's condition to get my son the help he needs. Now they have made the accommodations he needs to succeed, my son's performance has gone up now that they are doing what they need to do, and the school treats me with respect. Most importantly, my son is not blamed for his condition and feels comfortable again going to school and interacting with his teachers.
Mr. Giglio is the type of attorney that treats all of his clients like family and will do everything he can to fight for them. He is a good guy and when he needs to be he can be a pitbull. You could not be in better hands if you need legal representation.

During the period that I worked with Brad, I observed that he meticulously handled a substantial caseload of varied matters. He worked extremely hard for his clients, as well as regularly assisting other attorneys at the firm. Since relocating to another state, I have had the opportunity to refer cases to Brad, and I have received follow-up reports from very satisfied clients. I strongly endorse him.
