She is very professional and fair. She really goes to bat for her clients, and she will not let anyone take advantage of the situations she is fighting for. She is awesome, and I would recommend her to anyone who asked.
Raleigh is the most diligent and competent attorney I have ever engaged. She was always accessible. She was totally engaged with me and my case. She stuck with me when times got tough.
Things turned out in my favor (more or less) in the end, but even if they hadn't, I could not have hoped for better representation than I got from Raleigh.

Phenomenal!
No words can praise this woman for what she does! After spending close to 7 years in and out of Family court, and using 3 different lawyers that made little to no progress, I reached out to Raleigh. I wish I would of used her long ago! Raleigh is caring, concerned, extremely knowledgeable, professional, understanding and knows how to present the facts! The Facts Win! And, unlike others, when she says she is there for you, she means it! Don’t waste your time or money on anyone else if you want action and results. Watching and listening to Raleigh in the courtroom truly was a honor! She ROCKS!
I highly recommend her to anyone in need!

Professional, comforting, confident attorney and team
Raleigh Kalbfleisch and her team have been absolutely amazing. I have never had any experience with court proceedings and didn’t know where to begin with my divorce. Raleigh was very understanding and helped me through every single step of the way. I sincerely could not have done this without her. My divorce was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and given that the proceedings took a year and a half, there was always something she and her team were working on. They graciously answered all of my questions whenever they came up (and some of them were on an emergency basis) while others I was just looking for some clarification on what phrases meant or what was expected of me. After the divorce was completed, I had to seek out Raleigh’s help again because of continued issues steaming from my ex’s behavior. I am so grateful for everything Raleigh and her team did. I would never have been able to do this on my own. She has been a beacon of comfort, stability and confidence through it all. I can’t thank them enough for all of their support through the most trying time of my life.

Excellent representation and sound advice!
In 2015 after 13yrs of marriage we hit a wall. Infidelity was too difficult to overcome and so I knew divorce was the only way out. Our kids were still minors and I was looking for someone who could help me navigate the difficult path ahead. Raleigh came highly recommended by her professional partner and I felt it would be important to have an unbiased female perspective in my corner. Little did I know how contentious opposing counsel and my ex would make things for me and I am so glad Raleigh was there to mitigate and defend my rights as a father. While we entered the process relatively amicably under irreconcilable differences, it quickly became evident that this would be a battle of attrition. A Guardian ad Litem was appointed for our minor children and Raleigh was instrumental in guiding me through the difficult slow-paced, evaluation process all while collaborating effectively with the GaL and preserving my rights as a father. She facilitated the quitclaim deed process to transfer the family home to my ex-wife's ownership while helping to protect my non-marital retirement account and 529 savings I had put away for my kids. Raleigh filed multiple motions in court to help bring the dissolution of marriage to closure just before the holidays in 2016. In the end, we arrived at a difficult but fair agreement, I was able to buy a new home and co-parent, coach, and mentor my kids in STEM, sports, and a multitude of activities through the final years of middle school and all of HS. My son is now an engineering student at Bradley University with a full scholarship, My daughter is a state qualifier wrestler and will start University in 2022. As difficult as divorce can be on minors, one cannot put a value on being able to be there as a father for them. None of this would have been possible had I given up, and listened to all the rumors about how fathers have no rights in divorce court, Raleigh made all the difference for me and my kids. Divorce is tough, it's hard, it hurts, but put in the effort to protect your rights as a father and you will find success together with Raleigh's excellent counsel.

Excellent Attorney
We were very pleased with the services provided to us and the way our case was handled. We had an excellent outcome, and the case was handled in a very efficient manner. She communicated with us on a regular basis to give us an update on the case. Highly recommend.

Professional and patient
Raleigh has been awesome handling my divorce and child support cases. She has taken the time to explain how the law works and what to expect in my case. Even that my case took longer than I expected, she kept working as hard as the first day. I honestly think that any other lawyer would've helped me as much as she has.

Professional and Legal Savvy
I spoke to Ms. Raleigh over the telephone and she appeared to be smart, classy and sophisticated. Although, I have not met her in person, yet. Her advice during our conversation convinced me to hire her. She was willing to work with me and her attorney costs to help with my divorce case based on my limited finances. Although, as of now, I am unable to comment on her Court representation. I am pleased with her consultation presentation.

The best attorney for post divorce issues
Raleigh Kalbfleisch helped me with financial problems I was having, years after the divorce. I never had to remind her of anything. She was fantastic. She knows the law inside and out, has many ideas, stood firm for me in front of the judge. She was so fair in her pricing - there were never any surprises.

Aggressive and Passionate!
Unafraid to back down from a challenge! We were able to get more accomplished at one court date with Raleigh than our previous attorney that we had for years. Very responsive when matters are urgent!

Lack of Professionalism and Client Abadonment
I spent $13,000, without going to trial for a divorce case, on a lawyer who allowed my case to be dragged out for months, got me screwed on custody and child support, never explained my bill to me, and then just abandoned me suddenly with no explanation or warning.
Response from Raleigh KalbfleischJune 9, 2022
I am very sorry you are unhappy with the result of your case and if you would like to discuss your concerns, I am willing to talk. I don't know who you are as nobody has raised this complaint to me and you did not provide your name on the review. Unfortunately, everyone's case was horribly delayed due to the COVID pandemic, shutdowns and the effects of those shutdowns on the courts' schedules. I certainly never take any steps to make a case last longer than necessary. As to your comments about custody, the court's first concern is the child or children and if the judge believed the other parent was the appropriate custodial parent then the judge made that decision with the belief that the other parent was the proper custodial parent after you had the opportunity to present your side of the case. Child support is based on a statute and the calculation is a mathematical one based on both parties' income, and both parents have a duty of support and neither parent is able to avoid supporting their child. I can also say I have never abandoned a client. I take every step possible to ensure that a client has every order, every document received and all of the information about their case. I also send bills out on a monthly basis and have answered every question or concern from every client that has called or emailed and if you did contact me with questions about your bill I would have answered them. If I withdrew from your case, you would have had advance notice as required by our code of civil procedure and before that, I would have made every effort to resolve any differences between us. Again, if you wish to discuss your concerns, I am always willing to talk.

Didn't help
Didn't present all evidence or call all witnesses. Didn't help me get back child support. Didn't show up to the ruling the three times it was rescheduled so I got it in an e-mail.
Response from Raleigh KalbfleischOctober 28, 2015
I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the outcome of your case. Many of the decisions an attorney must make center around trial strategy and whether to call a particular witness. Often a party wishes to have a particular individual testify but allowing that testimony may actually do far more harm than good. I know litigation is immensely stressful for both parties and I am aware of how difficult your situation was at the time of the trial. I strive to provide my client’s with the best legal advice and I am very disheartened to learn that you were dissatisfied with my representation or the outcome of your case. I would be happy to discuss your concerns in person anytime you are willing to do so.
