I hired Brad in 2012 to work on what was going to be a very complex divorce (turned into 4 years of litigation, lots of discovery, business valuations, motions, etc). Two points stand out. First, he was strategic and worked to understand my priorities and then to work towards those goals. For exam...ple, I wanted and ultimately received 50% parenting of my children (I am the father), I wanted to and was able to purchase a home before the divorce was final (and had to deal with lots of games from the other side) and I wanted a fair division of assets, and we accomplished. Domestic law isn't clean and one doesn't go through it with the feeling that it is fair, but Brad managed all of the pieces quite well and got the results I had wanted. Second, he is a fair attorney and doesn't suggest doing work just to run up the bill. He is also quite responsive, returning calls quickly and has an amazing memory of the case; there were times where he remembered a fact we hadn't discussed in two years, but which proved critical in preparing a response. He also doesn't sugar-coat advice when giving his opinion or perspective. In short, he is professional, all business and on top of the case. I was in great hands.

I contacted Attorney Giglio when I was going through some problems with my son's school. My son is in special ed and the school was pushing for additional meetings and evaluations of my son that I didn't think was necessary. Upon meeting Attorney Giglio, he made me feel at ease and genuinely wanted t...o know my son by taking the time to talk with me. He didn't rush me, making sure I understood the process of these IEP meetings and felt comfortable with the plan of action. We went in to the meeting and he was great! Right before we walked in we talked about what kind of cue to give him if I needed him to step in and help me if I felt backed in to a corner. He was literally in my corner! I felt so empowered and a couple times he stepped in and needed to do was necessary for everyone to leave on the same page. I felt so much better when we left the meeting because I understood what was going on and that I have a say in what the future of my son's education will be like. I'm so glad I found Attorney Giglio and appreciate everything he's done for my family!

Brad was extremely helpful to us while taking care of our legal issue. He took the time to explain all the legal terms and provided very detailed answers to help resolve our problem. During my divorce and custody, they were always there for me by answering all my questions and always getting back to me right away.
