I don't know what i would have done without Marie. She genuinely cares about her clients and she is a killer in the courtroom. Best outcome I could have hoped for.
Great, Smart, Hard Working Attorney Who Cares About Your Case
Marie is one of the rare attorneys that actually cares about your case. She is an outstanding lawyer whose knowledge and court room presence are second to none. However, the most important part is she cares about your case! Marie takes the time to explain and advise you. Marie always takes the time and makes you feel like your case is the only case going on. I cannot recommend her enough!
Marie Sarantakis is the Principal Attorney of Sarantakis Law Group, Ltd. Ms. Sarantakis concentrates her practice in family law and criminal deference matters. In addition to her work in the courtroom, she is versed in alternative methods of dispute resolution as a mediator and Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois.

Great Lawyer
The representation that Marie provided in my divorce was outstanding, because she went above and beyond for me. She is highly skilled, an excellent negotiator, well-prepared and creative. Even after the case she provides me with guidance. It takes only meeting her once for you to see what I mean!

Father
For over ten years I have been going to the family court in Cook County regarding ongoing visitation interference. After my young child became severely ill, I dropped my petitions with the court, in good faith, hoping that we could care for him without the litigation. The whole ten years in litigation I was represented by the same law firm. After I dissolved my petition, I didn't remain in contact with my attorney's. My son was getting better day by day, year by year. Two years past by and I was blindsided by a erroneous emergency petition. I got notified via email at 6:00 pm that I had to be in Cook County Court the next morning. There was no explanation what the emergency was, just a vague email, from a shady lawyer only stating time and location. I was out of state and unable to contact the law firm I had previously worked with. I was very uncomfortable with the thought of showing up unrepresented. Though it was well past normal business hours, I set about and spent the entire evening reaching out to several attorney's practicing in Cook County. After leaving several messages with several attorney's and law firms, I gave up. At around midnight, I began to prepare my things to drive to Illinois. I was set to go to court in the morning, but I was without representation. Soon after midnight my phone rang, and Ms. Sarantakis was on the line very attentive and concerned with my situation, she listened to my brief introduction to my extremely in-depth case. She assured me that she would take my case and corresponded via email to complete the agreement. Within 15 mins of her call I had legal representation retained. She contacted me on the way to court in the morning and met with me at Starbucks to expand on my case. She was on time, she held a presence in the court room and stopped Mr. Shady attorney from being able to railroad an unrepresented man.
Ms. Marie Sarantakis is very professional. She filled in for my attorney with very little notice and represented my extremely in depth case well. She knew what the next step needed to be and followed through with it. I highly recommend her as an attorney.

"Attorney Sarantakis is one of the most intelligent, hard working, dedicated and compassionate attorneys I have the pleasure of knowing. I attended The John Marshall Law School with Attorney Sarantakis where I was able to work alongside her for multiple years. Attorney Sarantakis exudes determination, focus, and commodore. Attorney Sarantakis is nothing short of being an excellent attorney-at-law. I marvel at the heights she goes to to grow her law firm and provide the very best advocacy for her clients. Attorney Sarantakis is always willing to help others and take time out of her busy schedule. Attorney Sarantakis's law firm continues to grow to new heights and that is by no chance or fluke. Attorney Sarantakis is one of the kindest, most down to earth attorneys that I know. Attorney Sarantakis is a role-model with a gigantic heart. Attorney Sarantakis demonstrates her commitment to greatness in all that shes does. I HIGHLY suggest Attorney Sarantakis for your legal needs."
