I have worked with David over the course of the last 3 years - first pre-decree and then 2 years post-decree. From the beginning, David worked to help identify the key issues I needed to focus on in my case to work within my limited budget. Although his rate is average or a little below other attorne...ys, he has an amazing way of getting a lot of work done in a short amount of time. Having worked previously with a few other attorneys who spent YEARS wasting my money and making no progress for me in court, I was shocked at how quickly he could get things done for me in court and get my case resolved with a better than expected outcome. David is a very energetic person and appears to enjoy the challenge of his work. He successfully argued for me in court with the judge on many important issues. He also kept a steadfast resolve in negotiations with my husband's capable attorney in my presence & turned things around in my favor during a time I was not present and had looked to be a possible volatile situation. David is thoughtful. Suffering from a pinched nerve in my back, David was continually concerned about my physical comfort, not in word only but in deed. During final court time, David had me sit in a farther more comfortable area while running back & forth between last minute negotiations with my husband's attorney & the place I was sitting, avoiding the hard benches. No longer do I feel hopeless - but hopeful and forever grateful to David. I feel confident highly recommending David, who is fearless & represented me well!

I would highly recommend David Kerpel for anyone that is in need of an excellent divorce attorney. I was married for over 30 years and very broken when we first met. David has a very calm demeanor and does not feed into drama. He sticks to the facts and is confident but firm when needed.
