I hired Bob after meeting him at a free family law clinic he does once a month. I had met with other attorneys and I didn't feel comfortable with them but I immediately had confidence in Bob's ability. He works hard, he is capable, and experienced. He quickly gets in contact with me when action ne...eds to be taken in my case. He is timely in completing paperwork and sending it to me. Despite numerous circumstances that are not in my favor the judge went with our motion at a temporary hearing and I am already seeing the positive effects on my children. My attorney is highly ethical and has a personal background that adds to his abilities. I'm fortunate that I found him. His rates are average, not that money is an issue when it is a child's well-being. He has 27 years of family law experience but appears to be in his prime. He is energetic with an excellent memory and attention to detail. His court room manner was good. He was articulate in expressing our arguments and the judge specifically referred to some of his language in the temporary order showing that he had an impact. He is familiar with many of the people that I've interacted with throughout the divorce and custody process. For the benefit of those who may be dealing with a situation similar to mine I must recommend Bob Manson.

Bob did a great job handling my divorce. Bob understood the challenges men have, particularly with child custody. My ex-spouse wouldn't budge on any custody for me, so the judge said if we couldn't come to an agreement she would award full custody to one parent. Bob advocated for me, assured that... the right people were reviewing custody information and assured fairness with opposing council. In the end I was granted full custody of my 2 children. I would highly recommend Bob to men who are struggling with custody issues.

Bob at Manson Family Law is very experience in complicated, high conflict divorces. Bob is great inside the courtroom, and very personable outside the... courtroom. Bob works the case as if it was his own. My experience with other attorneys, is they like to just bill your file. Bob bills your file he is actually working hard on it. Bob works hard for the client , you and your children. My only advice is listen to him and don't be afraid to ask him any question, he will give you the best answer for the long haul, to protect you throughout the case. He gives advice based on today, tomorrow, and the future. It 's important to work with an attorney that knows you can be dealing with a potential ex for years.

I had a very difficult case and my first lawyer had totally messed up an order for protection matter. Mr. Manson stepped in after I was on supervised visits with my children and turned it around. I ended up with custody of my children. He made all the right decisions at the right time. I followed... his advice and ended up not having to pay alimony after 22 years of marriage with a wife that did not work. My ex was unbelievably bad, but had the county on her side, but I had Mr. Manson and he won.

Bob is a no nonsense family law atty. He is respected in the courtroom by both the judge and opposing counsel. My ex-wife tried everything she could to create problems through my divorce. Bob knew exactly how to handle each situation, which ones to address and which ones to ignore and in all cases... he knew how to win in court. I literally won EVERY challenge that came before the judge because of how Bob was able to work on his feet. She went through three attorneys and Bob made a mockery of all three of them in the courtroom. He never advised me to fight a battle that would simply drive up my bill and on many occasions he said "I'll fight this out for you but it won't matter in the end and will cost you a lot of money". When going through a messy divorce it can be hard to make those kinds of decisions on your own and a lawyer who focuses only on money can easily lead you into a fortune in legal bills. If you are looking to make trouble in the courtroom or are looking to try to get something that is unattainable Bob is not your guy. If you are looking for an attorney who has all of the skills you need to win what matters and has the connections to the right evaluators and experts Bob is absolutely the one. He has since handled many business and personal matters for me as well.
