Bob has been our lawyer for little over 4 years now in what seems to be a circus ring of a custody battle sh*tshow. He is relatable, his advice is realistic, and the ONLY reason our case has taken as long as it has is because of the judge in our case. He always says what amounts to "Well, you've made... your case, but I'm not going to hold the other parent accountable." and that's not Bob's fault at all. Well, we are FINALLY getting somewhere and we could not have done it without Bob! Even if I'm getting billed for it, I always look forward to his calls because he's always got a great story and more importantly, cares very much for the ordeal he has seen our children go through over the years. He is articulate, knowledgable of our case and the law, and very realistic about what to expect. He never makes any promises, so anyone who says that he "didn't do what he promised" is lying, Bob says it straight up every time that there are no guarantees in family court, and there really aren't. We are still ongoing right now with our case, and I can't wait to see his skills in trial. If they're anything like what we've seen so far, our battle is almost (because it's family law and there are no "sure things") certainly coming to an end!
