Replied last August 09, 2016I was very pleased to be able to bring this result about. Every case depends on the facts and the evidence. I told the client up-front that refusal cases can be very difficult in Wisconsin and that dismissal was not likely. Knowing what the officer's training was for conducting field sobriety tests was crucial.
