Don't pick an attorney from the phone book
Made the mistake of not checking this attorney out and boy was that a mistake. He took my money up front then did absolutely nothing. The outcome of my case was as if I had zero representation!

Can't walk the walk
Atty. Winnig is generally an affable person. However, I should have gone with my initial gut instinct to turn back and leave his office. He and his staff were disorganized to say the least. My case suffered, I believe, because real legal support from his "staff" were very much lacking. I also not...
