Even if I called two or three times in a day they were always patient and happy to help. Not only was John able to take my case immediately, he made time to schedule our initial consultation within a day of me inquiring. What immediately struck me was that he was easy to talk to and always took time to explain the process step-by-step in ways I could understand. I needed an attorney who would help with my child custody dispute, which had been addressed in the divorce a year prior, but did not provide for a safe situation for the 3 children my ex husband and I have together. He lived across the state, but was willing to take the case and travel wherever needed. My case was a very difficult child custody case.
