We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Attorney Fields as opposing council in a child placement dispute. His client weaponized the court system again my husband & rather than acting in the best interest of the child by allowing both parents to be involved in the child's life, he facilitate...d the court proceedings lasting from December 2020-June 2022. He recommended & successfully had a financial discovery & child custody evaluation ordered by the court against a parent (my husband) that had been nothing but forthcoming & cooperative throughout all proceedings. I fully support an attorney/the court keeping a parent, mother OR father, away from a child if there is good reason to, however there was no abuse, neglect, or addiction from either party in this case. Still, Attorney Fields encouraged his client and the courts to keep my husband away from his daughter. Thankfully, we had an amazing attorney on our side that stood up for our family. My husband went from not legally being his fathers child due to having joint custody & regular placement, NO THANKS to Attorney Fields or his client. He will not respond to an email and don't bother asking him to try and resolve the issues outside of the court room. He will not act in you or your child's best interest, he will act in the best interest of his bank account.

He’s helping me out so much right now. I feel like I got so lucky! He’s great and the advice he gives is sincere. Almost even sounds like a father! Actually cares! Magdalene is really sweet as well! Super calm and kind which really helps out in an anxious situation. 10/10 would recommend, loving this... experience I’m getting! First time I needed a lawyer, and got the best of the best on my first choice.
