Expert in dealing with large Corporation’s

Jim was referred to us by another lawyer who respected his work and his aggressiveness. I knew immediately after our first meeting, we had chosen the right person to represent us. Our son had an accident at work in which he never recovered. We asked Jim to get us answers and a fair settlement. ...Jim was patient with our questions, thoughtful and compassionate. Malpractice Case

I spent time with James A. Pitts today 5-1-2015. He had things being taken care of that I couldn't get done in five months with the doctors and insurance companies. Does not miss a beat and also very good with clients. Great ethics in all areas.

Good attorneys are hard to find, but I found one!

Mr. Pitts was very tenacious in every aspect with my claim. The insurance company tried to "pull a fast one", but Mr. Pitts caught it right a way. He kept me informed every step of the way until completion of my claim. I would highly recommend Mr. Pitts to anyone in need of an attorney. The Only Lawyer You Will Ever Need!

Mr. Pitts was supportive and passionate in his advocacy. He insisted that I was entitled to the award I received and he never let me give in to my fear, or fatigue. I would trust him with my very life, for his efforts changed my life comepletely. I was awarded my Social Security Disability benefits a...s well as my Workman's compensation. It means that I no longer fear the end of the month. I can take better care of myself and my life is so much less stressful. He is my hero.

Client of this amazing Attorney and Person

I found Mr. Pitts onlne. I was really stuck in a situation that required an astute legal mind. If you want stupid, this is not the Attorney for you. He is dedicated to his profession and to his clients. His staff is amazing, and you never have to wait for a response. I recommend this Attorn...ey for his merit, his wit, and his personal presentation. James Pitts is the antithesis of the common "lawyer" He could put a fraction of the effort into his cases and still rank head and shoulders above the rest. I am proud to have him as my my legal council...I wouldn't want to be his opposition.
