Workers Comp Claim

I'd like to begin by saying how grateful myself and my family are to Mr. James Pitts! I had a workers comp case that seemed as though was going nowhere FAST! I contacted Mr. Pitts, discussed my situation and he immediately sprang into action! Within 30 minutes, I received my medical information/ re...cords, that I , myself could not track down. I hired him on the spot. From that day forward, Mr. Pitts went above and beyond to ensure me that my health and well being was a high priority to him. I was able to receive the medical treatment I needed and he would call to check on me through my discomfort. His knowledge of the law and fighting spirit, afforded me and my family victory with my case. He also made sure that my ongoing medical expenses have also been taken care of. Review of Attorney James A. Pitts

After having my employment terminated by my employer, I contacted Attorney Pitts who agreed to meet with me. He advised me of all legal avenues that I could take. I retained his services. I felt my case was rather complicated, and I am not one for trusting people. However, Mr. Pitts and his staf...f were very thorough and did so much work, I was overwhelmed with everything they put together. When it came time to send me for different evaluations, I was extremely impressed by the individuals he choose. The evaluating professionals were compassionate and knowledgeable. This time was extremely difficult for me personally, and Mr. Pitts and his staff treated me with respect. A settlement was reached prior to our court date. I had no idea what to expect. However the settlement amount floored me. It still seems surreal. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for legal representation contact Mr. Pitts. He was a straight shooter and did what he said he would do.

Excellent service

Attorney James Pitts was a huge help for me. I was in a bad car accident. I knew the injuries I received were going to keep me out of work for a long time.
