Words can't even explain how blessed I was to be represented by Mr. James Pitts!!! He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions whenever I needed them and did them in a timely manner!!! I recommend him all the time to anyone who asks!!! He's fierce and doesn't back down, and that's exactl...y what any client should expect when it comes to these cases!!! If I didn't understand something, he made sure to break it down for me. It was a long road but he got me set up and I can't Thank Him Enough!!! If you're looking for someone to take on your case on and join you in the trenches then Mr. James Pitts is the man for the job hands down!!! A Lawyer who has earned the right to be confident

James Pitts is and exceptional lawyer that I highly recommend. He worked tirelessly to resolve my WC case. Jim took the time to understand me personally, my story, my needs and my anxiety regarding my case. Jim and his staff were prompt to respond to my questions and patiently explained all the steps from IME thru medical bills, medical records, arranging for vocational evaluations and finally the expectation of settlement. Jim kept me updated regularly and had my complete confidence throughout the process because of his tenacious pursuit of justice. My injury was complicated and needed multiple specialists. Mr. Pitts impressed me with his thorough familiarity with the medical professionals and the courses of treatment. Workers Comp Claim

I'd like to begin by saying how grateful myself and my family are to Mr. James Pitts! I had a workers comp case that seemed as though was going nowhere FAST! I contacted Mr. Pitts, discussed my situation and he immediately sprang into action! Within 30 minutes, I received my medical information/ re...cords, that I , myself could not track down. I hired him on the spot. From that day forward, Mr. Pitts went above and beyond to ensure me that my health and well being was a high priority to him. I was able to receive the medical treatment I needed and he would call to check on me through my discomfort. His knowledge of the law and fighting spirit, afforded me and my family victory with my case. He also made sure that my ongoing medical expenses have also been taken care of. Excellent service

Attorney James Pitts was a huge help for me. I was in a bad car accident. I knew the injuries I received were going to keep me out of work for a long time. A family member recommended I go see Attorney Pitts for help. So I did. He was very compassionate, understanding & very helpful. I was overwhel...med with my injuries and the bills that were coming in. He kept me grounded. He always answered my questions. In the end he got me a settlement that took care of everything. Expert in dealing with large Corporation’s

Jim was referred to us by another lawyer who respected his work and his aggressiveness. I knew immediately after our first meeting, we had chosen the right person to represent us.
