I am very happy with the work and outcome of my workman's compensation lawsuit. It was a 2 year process, a lot of paperwork and conversations. Mr. Pitts has a calm way of presenting the case and working through all the issues that arise. The team at Pitts law firm was wonderful. Timely responses, ...clear concise answers to my many questions, quick response when I needed financial. assistance because I hadn't been paid. Excellent representation

Attorney Pitts did an excellent job representing myself and my daughter in a dog-bite case causing extensive harm to my dog and a bite to my daughter. We sought legal counsel because the owner and the insurance company were negligent in taking responsibility for the dog and the bills we incurred. He ...took his time with us, gathering a thorough story and giving sound advice. He aggressively went for a settlement that was fair to all involved, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We ended with a nice, fair settlement, and we have him to thank for that. I would highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him in the future if the need ever arises again.

Great Lawyer - Don't Pass Him Up !!

I was injured in an automobile accident in 2014. I hired Attorney Pitts and he did a great job with my case. I couldn't be happier. He and his staff were very detail oriented and settled my case for a fair amount after the insurance company tried to insult me with their low offer. A++ Attorney!
