A great personal injury lawyer

From the beginning of my personal injury case, Atty. James Pitts has shown himself to be a thoughtful, honorable lawyer who was determined to achieve a successful outcome despite the many obstacles thrown in his way. And--he did!

Excellent representation

Attorney Pitts did an excellent job representing myself and my daughter in a dog-bite case causing extensive harm to my dog and a bite to my daughter. We sought legal counsel because the owner and the insurance company were negligent in taking responsibility for the dog and the bills we incurred. He ...took his time with us, gathering a thorough story and giving sound advice. He aggressively went for a settlement that was fair to all involved, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We ended with a nice, fair settlement, and we have him to thank for that. I would highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him in the future if the need ever arises again.

Great Lawyer - Don't Pass Him Up !!

I was injured in an automobile accident in 2014. I hired Attorney Pitts and he did a great job with my case. I couldn't be happier. He and his staff were very detail oriented and settled my case for a fair amount after the insurance company tried to insult me with their low offer. A++ Attorney!

Excellent service

Attorney James Pitts was a huge help for me. I was in a bad car accident. I knew the injuries I received were going to keep me out of work for a long time. A family member recommended I go see Attorney Pitts for help. So I did. He was very compassionate, understanding & very helpful. I was overwhel...med with my injuries and the bills that were coming in. He kept me grounded. He always answered my questions. In the end he got me a settlement that took care of everything. I would recommend Attorney James Pitts to everyone.

Expert in dealing with large Corporation’s

Jim was referred to us by another lawyer who respected his work and his aggressiveness. I knew immediately after our first meeting, we had chosen the right person to represent us. Our son had an accident at work in which he never recovered. We asked Jim to get us answers and a fair settlement. ...Jim was patient with our questions, thoughtful and compassionate. He was aggressive in negotiations with opposing counsel. He helped us through a very difficult time and got us the answers we needed for closer.
