exceptional workers compensation lawyer

I suffered a work related injury which required surgery. My claim was denied by my employers insurance company. Frustrated & confused about the process to contest their ungrounded decision, I decided to research my options. Great Lawyer - Don't Pass Him Up !!

I was injured in an automobile accident in 2014. I hired Attorney Pitts and he did a great job with my case. I couldn't be happier. He and his staff were very detail oriented and settled my case for a fair amount after the insurance company tried to insult me with their low offer. A++ Attorney!

James A Pitts uses a professional approach in servicing his clients. Recently James has provided Service regarding my family. The situations was difficult regarding law changes and processes that took place with insurance changes. He came across Challenges with Insurance Claims adjuster and Carrier... Practices which did not intimidate him. He navigated thru the insurance companies to settle in a timely manner. Truly my experience has positive.. I would recommend James as one of the most dedicated attorneys in the business.

Malpractice Case

I spent time with James A. Pitts today 5-1-2015. He had things being taken care of that I couldn't get done in five months with the doctors and insurance companies. Does not miss a beat and also very good with clients. Great ethics in all areas.
