Excellent Attorney

I believe Mr. Pitts did an excellent job handling my case. Throughout the entire process he explained things well to me, when I had questions he was very responsive and explained everything in terms I understood. I would highly recommend Mr. Pitts

Words can't even explain how blessed I was to be represented by Mr. James Pitts!!! He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions whenever I needed them and did them in a timely manner!!! I recommend him all the time to anyone who asks!!! He's fierce and doesn't back down, and that's exactl...y what any client should expect when it comes to these cases!!! If I didn't understand something, he made sure to break it down for me. It was a long road but he got me set up and I can't Thank Him Enough!!! If you're looking for someone to take on your case on and join you in the trenches then Mr. James Pitts is the man for the job hands down!!! Excellent representation

Attorney Pitts did an excellent job representing myself and my daughter in a dog-bite case causing extensive harm to my dog and a bite to my daughter. We sought legal counsel because the owner and the insurance company were negligent in taking responsibility for the dog and the bills we incurred. He ...took his time with us, gathering a thorough story and giving sound advice. He aggressively went for a settlement that was fair to all involved, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We ended with a nice, fair settlement, and we have him to thank for that. I would highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him in the future if the need ever arises again.
