ABOUT MARK
Upon completing his education, Mark opened his own law practice under the tutelage of prominent personal injury and divorce attorney Blaise DIPronio. Mark also worked closely with the civil litigation firm of Pierski and Gray, LLP, where he developed his passion for litigation and focused his practice on criminal and family law litigation.
Mark currently focuses his practice in the area of criminal and family law litigation, and represents individuals charged with a broad range of serious criminal offenses. He has an acquittal rate well over the state average and has obtained outright acquittals in 7 of his last 8 jury trials. In addition, he has achieved dismissals resulting from the suppression of crucial state evidence.
Mark is passionately committed to working with at-risk youth, and has performed student lectures about the consequences when poor decisions are made at a young age. Also, he has participated in guest lectures at Marquette University and Marian College, is an active supporter of at-risk youth through a variety of organizations and has been published in GPSolo Magazine.
He has the honor of being placed in Law and Politics Magazine (Super Lawyers) list of exceptional rising star attorneys in 2010 and 2011.

I hired Mr. Pecora for my my case (OWI -2nd with minor in car.) He thoroughly investigated the incident to see if there was any way to get the case dropped. Unfortunately there was not.
