When attempting to contact for communication, only pointed fingers and didn't be proactive or accountable for own communication.

Not happy
Saw him on a Friday. Said paperwork would be done by Monday. Then it changed to Tuesday, then Wednesday. Paid upfront and then could not speak to him, just his staff. Asked for my money back after a few days and was told a partial payment would be mailed.
