Felon in possession of a firearm

Client was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon in Racine County. An ex girlfriend sent pictures and the Facebook page of the client to his Probation Officer. She, in turn, contacted the pol ... ice. The pictures allegedly depicted the client at a gun range firing various handguns. Police investigated and identified the range and the approximate dates. The defendant was charged and bail was set at $20,000 cash. The case proceeded to jury trial and the client was acquitted.
