I recently put my self through 3 back to back offenses, DUI, DWI, and then a public intoxication. Police served a search warrant on me at my house. I was arrested for possession w/ intent(228 grams of marijuana), no tax stamp, and possession of 4 firearms In commission of a felony. I contacted Sabah Khalaf to represent me for my charges. Sabah was very knowledgeable in how a search warrant was susposed to be served and the charges that were brought against me. The firearm charges were never filed but the possession w/ intent charges were filed. This was a second felony arrest for me so getting a good deal was going to be tough. Sabah informed me the search warrant was solid after reviewing the evidence brought upon me in the case. We spoke about how best to approach the case from a defendant standpoint as well as what he believed would be the prosocuters angle and thoughts. Being a prosocuter before coming a defendant lawyer, Sabah was very knowledagble of how both sides of the system worked. After not much back and forth between him and the prosocuter, Sabah was able to show that I was in college and used this to get me a 4 year deffered sentence. I was very happy with this decision as I was looking at my second strike. Sabah's legal fees were very reasonable and I was able to make 3 seperate payments over the course of a month to him for him to represent me. I would reccomend Mr. Khalaf to anyone charged with a drug crime as he worked hard to get me what I felt was a fair deal in the end and he did it in a timely manner that was right for my case and my situation.
