Jessie Is The Best!
I was facing a misdemeanor and another charge from a prior case. Jessie was able to get all of these charges dropped within a matter of 2 months. She did an amazing job negotiating with the DA and helping me out of a mess that was scary as I had no criminal charges in my life prior to this situation. Jessie is also affordable, but works harder than any lawyer I have ever known. Thank you Jessie!

Jessie is amazing
I hired Jessie for an OWI 1st offense. I was petrified, I was never in any trouble with the law. I seen the reviews on Jessie and knew right then she was the attorney I needed. Jessie is very down to earth and always returns calls/messages in a timely manner. I was so happy with Jessie and her experience, she is worth every penny. She got my OWI reduced to reckless, I could not have done it on my own. I would highly recommend Jessie, she is the best.

Excellent Representation
I was terrified by the serious felony charge I was being accused of. I immediately started searching for a qualified attorney in Eau Claire and hired Jessie Weber. The first time I met with Jessie, she was very easy to talk to about every detail in my case even though some details were embarrassing. She was exceptional with communication and very professional in the courtroom. She defended me with no judgement the entire time and was able to get me a really good outcome where I could keep a clean record with no conviction at all. Being convicted of a felony would have been devastating and life changing to me as a young adult. My future looks completely different now then I initially thought it would. Hiring Jessie was an excellent decision and I’m forever grateful. I wouldn’t even think twice about hiring Jessie for any case!

Thank God, I found Jessie Weber, she is an exceptional lawyer! She has a great deal of experience and she was able to use it with my case. She was extremely professional, very honest and friendly. Her rates were reasonable and worth every penny. She was able be creative with my unusual case and she got me the results I was after! Highly recommended!
Jessie did a great job assisting me during a challenging time, my first OWI. Had I attempted to work through the process on my own, I believe not only would the result have been less than ideal, the stress of not knowing the process, understanding the steps, etc...would've made an already stressful time all the more difficult. Phenomenal !
I can't even begin where to start. She was very caring, professional, and attacked my OWI case with education that even the judge was like wow.. never thought of that. Very professional and friendly. Makes a difficult situation pretty much as easy as it could be. She took care of everything for me. Paperwork, meetings with judges, court dates, etc. She definitely is looking out for your best interest and will tell you realistically what to expect.

Having no prior experience with the criminal system, I was quite scared by the felony charges brought about by my soon to be ex-wife. I was even more scared when I started looking at the cost of criminal defense, especially considering I was defending against something I didn't do. I'm so happy I went with Jesse. She believed in me, and set about supporting me in a difficult "she-said, he-said" situation. By utilizing skilled investigators, she was able to convince the DA that the case was not worthy of pursuing. While at first I was disappointed to not have "my day in court", I quickly understood that I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Her upfront fee seemed steep, but she really worked on my behalf, instead of just logging up billable hours. If you need a lawyer, hire a good one, it's way cheaper in the long run. Jesse is intelligent, compassionate and very competent. She definitely gets my recommendation.

Criminal Traffic Defense

Miss Jessie Weber was my criminal defense attorney twice. She was very knowledgeable regarding the laws and provided me with guidance throughout the judicial process, as I was not familiar with the court system.
