The right choice

John worked with me for 3 years. He not only gave me real advice and outlook on my situation but made it a point to show genuine concern for me. I didn’t always like what he had to say but always appreciated he did not just tell me what I wanted to hear or what might give me a false sense of confiden...ce. In the end I was happy to find out that my best case scenario was my outcome. I could not be happier with my choice to seek help with John.

Professional, fair, and ethical

Attorney Moeller was instrumental in helping and guiding my family through a trying time with the justice system. He is extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, truthful, candid, and personable. Charges Dismissed!

I contacted John in early May about an outstanding felony warrant that I had from 3 years ago in Iowa. Wanting to address this issue and come back to family from out of state, I did a google search and it led me to Avvo. John was the first lawyer to pop up in my search and he had great reviews so I... went with him. I called the number and John was the one to answer. John took the time to listen to me and from there he gave me theoretical outcomes. With the amount of time spent on the phone and the vast knowledge that John presented, I was willing to pay the small fee to have him dive into investigating what my options were, and I am glad I did. Within days John had did the legwork to get me the information I needed and a solution to my case after he went to the trouble of talking with the County Attorney's office for me. John came back with great news, that some restitution needed to be paid which I had no problem taking care of. But the most important things: the warrants were recalled and the charges dismissed. Being proactive about this issue I am sure helped me, but I couldn't have did it without John. Whole case was resolved in weeks. Thanks John!
