In 2016 I was on a deferred judgment for marijuana distribution. I used a different attorney at this time. And I regret not using John. 4 months before I was going to get off of probation I was charged with a class B felony 2 class C's and a class D Felony. Without hesitating the next day I went and ...hired John Moeller. Long story short. I didn't go to prison. We went to trial and it didn't go the way we wanted it to so we appealed it and he won the appeal. This guy is serious about fighting the fight for US. His customer service is better than I've ever seen. He's got so much experience that he can tell you based on other cases what is going to happen that way you have an idea. It's been a lot of ups and downs. But at the end of the day HE WON FOR ME! This guy knows what he's doing and he knows exactly what he's talking about. he won't bullshit you and you will not see you in the wrong direction just to get your money. I am an IA resident and recently received a speeding ticket while on vacation out of state. Even though this was my first ticket in over 30 years, the state of IA was going to suspend my license for 90 days. I appealed myself and the state came back and rejected my appeal. This did not seem fair to m...e so at that time I consulted with 3 different attorneys to handle my case and one of them (a large firm in Rock Island) actually told me I could not win and to go ahead and start serving my suspension!
