An Excellent Attorney!!!!

My daughter is a GVSU student who was charged with a traffic offense on campus. It was a situation that was really blown out of proportion and she was charged with a misdemeanor and faced school sanctions. All of the friends and family that I spoke to about the situation were shocked at the charges..., especially after reading the police report. I was out of town on business when she was charged, and I didn't realize the seriousness of the situation. Initially, I was going to consult a lawyer who was in Ottawa County, closer to home. However, after researching more about misdemeanors and their long term impact, I was greatly concerned for my daughter who is in the process of applying to graduate schools. At this point I started looking at online reviews of law firms to find a lawyer who could help my daughter. All but a couple of reviews of Springstead Bartish Borgula & Lynch were amazing. I called their firm and booked a consultation immediately. My daughter and I met with Mr. Heath Lynch for a consultation, and we were so impressed with his confidence, professionalism, and genuine concern that we hired him immediately. Neither of us had any experience with criminal proceedings, so he guided us step by step through the process. He let me know from the start that while my daughter was his client and he had to respect her confidentiality, that he would keep me informed during the process, too. Mr. Lynch met with my daughter and called her several times to prepare her for her court dates and also assisted with her school sanctions. His office staff were very prompt about sending out reminders and documentation to us via email. The process took approximately three months from start to finish. When we actually went to court, it was obvious that Mr. Lynch is a well respected counselor. We observed other attorneys at the courthouse, and we were very relieved to have Mr. Lynch assisting us. We knew we had made the right choice. There were many different outcomes that this case could have had, but we received the best possible outcome: a reduction to a civil infraction, a fine, and restitution. I know that without Mr. Lynch my daughter would have ended up with a misdemeanor charge that would have impacted her pursuit of a graduate degree and ultimately her career. Yes, this law firm is more expensive than the firm we were going to initially consult, but the quality of the representation and the outcome completely justified the cost. I highly recommend this firm, and Mr. Lynch in particular, to anyone who is facing a legal situation.

Excellect Firm with Caring Individuals

I hate to start off my review with such a cliché phrase. However, it must be done, and I truly cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I hold for all of the help and support I had received from both Heath and his firm during this tumultuous time. The generous faces tha...t represent this firm are all incredibly caring and professional individuals who are not doing their job primarily for the money. I urge you to take that initial step to contact this firm, because upon the first few conversations you have with them, you will begin to realize that they are people who genuinely care about any legal plight you are currently undergoing. I made a terrible mistake that had me facing felony charges that eventually dropped to misdemeanors before the pre-trial conference, and at this point, all I was hoping for was no jail time. Unfortunately, my court date had to be rescheduled 2 times due to scheduling conflicts and the death of my mother, and I can honestly say that Chasity, the firm's legal assistant, was very prompt at notifying me and handling these issues with the utmost care. And I bring this up to demonstrate that during this incredibly rough time, both Heath and Chasity took the time to send me words of comfort to make sure I was doing okay while also contacting the court to reschedule. During all of this, Heath was very supportive and responsive in making sure I understood the whole process and what everything entailed. He reassured me that he would make sure to fight for no jail time. In a nutshell, my case had incredibly positive results that resolved with one charge dismissed, some fines, and one year of probation where upon successful completion, the second charged dismissed as well. If you need legal help, please contact them because they will take their time to understand your situation and fight for you. Without Heath, there is no way my case would have resulted in the outcome that it did, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you.

Health cares & gets results!

In April of 2018 my son was involved in an accident in which resulted in him facing a Misdemeanor. We knew in our hearts that the charge was not warranted for what he had done and knew we needed a lawyer. I contacted several lawyers in the area and they all told me he would need to "settle" with prob...ation at the very least and honestly just didn't seem like they cared 2 cents to help in such a case. I was starting to lose hope when I came across Health Lynch and the firm at Springstead, Bartish & Lynch. I called though and spoke with Health for a good 30 minutes and knew that he was compassionate, dedicated and sincere about helping his clients achieve the best possible results. He makes sure to let you know that you can contact him at anytime with any questions you have and never wants you to feel as if you are alone in the whole process. Throughout the days leading up to the court date we stayed in contact with not only him but Chasity in the office, as well. She too, was extremely caring and friendly and was also readily available if you needed to speak with him someone. In the end Health, got our son the best possible outcome - CASE DISMISSED!! We are ever so thankful for Health and his team and would highly recommend to everyone!!

Excellent Lawyer

My experience and review of Heath M. Lynch and the office of Springstead Bartish & Borgula Law, PLLC. My inquiry was answered in the form of a same day call. A free thirty-minute conversation with attorney Heath M. Lynch (Which I am certain the conversation went well over the thirty minutes). During ...this conversation, a lot was covered in detail about my cases two retail fraud's in the third degree with the 63rd district court and what the end result would be. Mr. Lynch was very knowledgeable and provided as much information as possible and answered all of my questions with honesty. After I inquired about my cases I decided and was convinced from my conversation with Mr. Lynch that I would be moving forward with having Mr. Lynch represent me as my attorney. I was honest with Mr. Lynch and informed him that it would take me a while to gather my finances to bring him on as my attorney as my finances were already tied up with another attorney that I paid for in full and the attorney I had refused to provide a partial refund back in any way. Mr. Lynch was very patient and professional as he waited several weeks for me to gather my finances to acquire his services. Throughout these weeks Mr. lynch kept in communication via text from his personal cellular phone just to get the status of my situation financially. I did not feel pressed at all by Mr. Lynch as no pressure was applied for me to gather the finances. Mr. Lynch followed up with me for several weeks as I gathered the finances out of genuine concern, concern that we were falling short on time as my court date was not far away and Mr. Lynch wanted to be well prepared for the cases and wanted to make sure that he provided my cases the time and attention that was required for each case. I was at a loss for words that Mr. Lynch took the time to follow up with me over the several weeks that he did as I know from experience that there are not many if any attorneys that will do such a thing and for free at that. It turned out that I was not able to come up with the finances in time I literally gathered the finances to acquire Mr. Lynch's services a day or two before I was do in court. Mr. Lynch, however, took on my case and worked fast to have my cases arranged for a later date and time I felt relieved and thankful as I knew then that Mr. Lynch would do all that he could to better defend me in court. Now forwarding to my next court date I appeared to court but thanks to Mr. Lynch I did not have to appear in front of the judge or the prosecutor. The prosecutor at this time was attempting to make all sort of deals, of course, however, Mr. Lynch looked for several alternatives before we finally accepted something I agreed to. Mr. Lynch made sure I was getting the best sentence possible. Mr. Lynch went out of his way to make contact with several individuals to see if I could qualify for diversion programs, unfortunately, I did not qualify (No fault of Mr. Lynch) During this process Mr. Lynch was very honest and went over the information several times with me before I finally accepted. In addition, he looked out for my best interest in making sure that once I accepted a deal the terms remained the same and nothing changed verbally or in writing. My only regret at this point was not finding Mr. Lynch sooner especially since the previous attorney I hired did not do anything for me but waste my time and take my money as I was doing all of the work paying for and picking up police reports as an example further I could never get a hold of this other attorney no personal cellar phone to text like Mr. Lynch even when I would contact the office and leave messages I would not get a response I would eventually get a hold of this other attorney days later after attempting to make contact again from my end and when I would finally get a hold of this other attorney he did not have much if any information at all on my cases. I was lied to by this other attorney several times at one point in short wor

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Heath Lynch personnaly and professionally for over 10 years. As a criminal defense attorney, I acted as opposing counsel on numerous cases that Heath handled as an Assistant United States Attorney. Heath was always thorough, prepared, and formidable as opponent. He was also always fair and honest. When he decided to leave the United States attorneys office to pursue a career as a criminal defense attorney, myself and my partners knew that we wanted him to join our firm.
