i had an assault case pending and part of my bond was to get an alcohol tether or remote breath test set up. i could not get any help from the probation department or the person i was suppose to contact originally. after talking with a few different attorneys i spoke to heath told him the details of ...my case and what i was looking for. he told me what he thought he could do and past cases he had similar to mine. Heath was at the probation office within an hour of me hiring him and my appointment to get the remote breath test set up was set for 2 hours later. he also reached out to the alleged victim who had just moved into my house and worked out a way for him to go stay somewhere else while the case went on since we had a no contact order, if he didnt do this i wouldnt have been able to stay at my own home. The alleged victim also didnt want to press charges and regretted calling the police in the first place. i was fully prepared to go to trial and felt confident with heath on my side doing so. However at the pretrial conference he laid out the facts of the case and talked the prosecutor into dropping all charges.
