We hired Heath Lynch for our case, which will likely be dismissed. He was very personable and contacted us by email and phone several times with questions and concerns. He was unbelievable in court with his analytical skills with the charges. He made sure we understood everything and received the be...st outcomes. I would recommend his services to others.

Professionalism at its finest

Heath was able to get my misdemeanor charge completely dismissed and provided guidance and reassurance throughout the process. What stood out to me the most was his vast knowledge of the court system and that he viewed me as more than just a client. The concern he had for my wellbeing was genuine. He... is very personable and fought hard to ensure I got the outcome I desired.

Successful First DUI Charge Dismissal

I hired Heath Lynch after consulting with 4 other attorneys about my first DUI charge. His expectations during our initial consultation proved true through out the duration of my case. He made no promises, but clearly stated the order of events that my case would take. We held 3-4 follow up meetings... (he was graciously flexible when I was unable to meet in-person, we also opted for phone conferences). He was willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I had about my case, and stood by his approaches with clear understanding of the law and the probable behaviors of the prosecuting attorney, but was also suggested alternative notions and re-appeals, based on the unique variables of my case. He was persistent when contacting the witness on my police report. Chastity and Mackenzie, the legal assistants at SBBL, were extremely thorough with explanation of what was needed from me through the duration of the case. They sent digital copies of any court paper work in a timely manner. They are efficient and thorough! Thank you, Heath, Chastity, Mackenzie, and Rachel!

When you want a lawyer that is looking out for your best interest.

In March of this year I was accused of a crime I didn't commit. As open and honest as I was with the officers they did not believe my story. I remember them leaving my house and saying we came here for answers and we didn't get any. I immediately knew that I needed someone to protect my rights and he...lp prove my innocence. I looked all over the internet and found Heath Lynch. I then called the office and actually reached him at lunch. After speaking with him, I felt confident in his abilities to work within the legal system. Heath reached out to the officers that I spoke with at no cost to me to see if I even needed a lawyer. Once he had spoke to them he gave me options based on the information he had obtained. He didn't force me to sign on with his law firm right away, he let me make the decision and even stated to take 24hrs when I stated I wanted to hire him. Over course of the next four months( Yes cases don't get done in a hour like the tv shows) I was in constant contact with Heath and his staff. There was always someone there to answer my phone calls and I didn't have to leave messages on a answering machine. I think that Heaths strengths really showed when we were able to get one of the possible charges dropped and were left with a more manageable charge. Heath at that point stated that even this charge was to much for the situation and that he would try to get the charge dropped further down. Heath then went to work again and was able to get the charge dismissed and I ended up with a civil infraction. It was a long and difficult journey for myself and my family but I was glad in the end that I had chosen a law firm that had experience and knowledge and I knew that would have my back.

Great Lawyer, Fantastic Results

When I was charged with a misdemeanor, I immediately knew that I needed legal aid. A permanent criminal record would devastate my future academic and career plans. There were two lawyers I looked at, one of which was Mr. Lynch. The other lawyer I considered was more affordable, but had a less impress...ive history. I knew after my initial meeting with Mr. Lynch that he was the lawyer I was going to go with. He was incredibly professional, put together, and straight with me. Let's be clear, you don't want to bargain shop when it comes to choosing a lawyer; your future is on the line. I can honestly say that Mr. Lynch was worth every penny and more. For the months that it took to resolves my legal problems, Mr. Lynch was there every step of the way. He would consistently call, email, and text me details I needed to know, as well as checking in with me. I remember calling him in-between my classes when I had questions about school sanctions relating to my charges and he was very helpful in explaining the process to me. One time there was a miscommunication about what day we were supposed to meet to discuss my case; I showed up at his office and he didn't have a meeting with me in his schedule. Regardless, he still sat down and met with me anyway. Mr. Lynch never offered me false promises or was in anyway less than truthful with me, which I greatly appreciated. His competency was all the reassurance I needed. He was also remarkably detail oriented, remembering and bringing up personal details I had only briefly mentioned. I was so pleased when he came out of the final pretrial meeting to tell me he had gotten me a plea agreement for a civil infraction - it was the best possible outcome! I can honestly say that I would 100% recommend Mr. Lynch as a lawyer.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Heath Lynch personnaly and professionally for over 10 years. As a criminal defense attorney, I acted as opposing counsel on numerous cases that Heath handled as an Assistant United States Attorney. Heath was always thorough, prepared, and formidable as opponent. He was also always fair and honest. When he decided to leave the United States attorneys office to pursue a career as a criminal defense attorney, myself and my partners knew that we wanted him to join our firm. Perio when he decided to leave the United States attorneys office to pursue a career as a criminal defense attorney, myself and my partners knew that we wanted him to join our firm.
