My experience with Mr.Heath Lynch was life changing..my life and freedom was on the line and the prosecutor offered a plea that really was outrageous in my opinion but Heath was right there with me through the whole process..I talked to about 3-4 different lawyers but from the start I knew Heath was ...the lawyer for me because his attention on my view of my case was very focused even from our very first conversation...we only had about 2-3 months to prepare for trial and being that I know Heath was busy with other work it was amazing how he was prepared to represent me in trial..there were a lot of things I brought to Heath and Sarah’s attention about my case and Heath was able to word it in legal/lawyer terms and present it to the jury and judge in ways that made me realize I was so glad to have a talented lawyer like Heath on my team..I was very impressed and satisfied with his courtroom presence and dialogue in trial...if I come across a battle again which I doubt I will lol but if so I’m calling my ally/lawyer with upmost respect and confidence no one else I would rather be “in the trenches” with..we won in federal trail facing 10-life and I told Heath he really saved my life and I’ll never forget it

It is difficult to describe just how incredible Attorney Heath Lynch is. 13 months ago, I was falsely accused of four crimes that I did not commit. Two of them very serious. I have never needed to contact an attorney before as I have never been arrested. I located this firm due to their superior repu...tation and Heath Lynch took my case. From the first moment we sat down together, I knew this was not going to be a typical attorney-client experience. Heath superior expertise, attention to detail and care for his clients he’s only accented further by the fact that he is also a very caring human being in his entirety. Heath worked tirelessly and as hard as he absolutely could throughout the time we spent together, always kept in contact, always kept the client involved and never left you in the dark about any decisions he felt needed to be made and always took the extra time to explain things. In addition to being an absolute pioneer in the field of litigation, Heath went above and beyond to make sure that the client understood everything that was going on at all times. There was never a time that I felt I was being cast aside while he was making a decision. This partnership as I like to call it, led to a 13 month experience in the court system. Prosecutors office offered one deal that I found tremendously insulting since I had not committed any crime and Heath never shied away from the fact that I was willing to continue fighting. She would always say things like “I will see this whole thing through with you,“ and always gave words of encouragement when necessary due to the fact that trials can be exceptionally stressful. After turning down the same deal four times, we were set for trial. Halfway through the trial, prosecution offered the same deal one final time. I said no and Heath and I triumphantly walked back into the court room and continued the case. The result of the case was far more amazing than I could’ve ever imagined. The jury deliberated for 15 minutes and came back with a full acquittal!!! Heath is an attorney that fights hard, stands up for what is right, never backs down and always puts his clients first. I have met many attorneys in my life throughout my academic rigor but I can safely say that Heath Lynch is the finest attorney I have ever met in my life. He saved my life. Without him, I have no idea where I would be at this present moment in time but it very well might not be in the comfort of my home. The adage goes, “if you want something done ask a busy person.” Heath Lynch is that person. Although very busy I assume because he is highly sought after, he is never too busy for his clients and never too busy to get the job done properly. I could not thanks man enough for everything he did for myself and my family and he is truly an example for all attorneys to follow for his professionalism and his respect for the judicial process. After closing arguments I believed in that path win or lose, I thought to myself. I could not think of a way in which I could have been represented in a better manner.

I could not have asked for a better DUI attorney. Looked around for lawyers specific to my charges and am I glad I went with Heath. Other law firms in the area wanted me to plead guilty from the get-go in the same 2min phone call I inquired about their office. Heath was very thorough and professional...; he made sure to get all the facts and never made me feel less-than for having made a mistake that could have cost me so much more. My case turned out to be more than the initial charges and I was facing multiple felonies until Heath's expertise and willingness to go above brought them back down to misdemeanors.
