I rarely write reviews. A service has to either be pretty bad, or done extremely well. I was so thankful that this service was top notch. Unfortunately my father had a once in a lifetime bad night, with bad choices, and a family that has never seen the likes of barely a traffic stop was now facing a ...possible felony with misdemeanors and jail/prison time. To say we were scared and nervous would be an understatement. After crawling the internet for criminal law lawyers in the area, we went and scheduled appointments with 3 different highly ranked lawyers, Heath Lynch being one of the 3. With some visits with the other lawyers, we chose to go with Heath. He had the skill of really putting in-depth situations and choices into laymen terms, and just simply put us at ease. This guy knows his stuff, and it’s clearly evident. He always made us calm and it was laid out at the very beginning that he was a text or phone call away if we had another question or concern. If you are reading this- that is huge, and we tested it. He passes that test with flying colors. I can’t stress that enough. In addition to Heath, his staff was always on the ball, patient, understanding and best of all, completely responsive. Heath both looks the part, talks the part, and has a presence in the court room. To wrap this up, every little step Heath explained to us beforehand happened in real life just as he had explained. I was shocked at how accurate his explanation was. My father went from facing a felony, misdemeanor and and jail time, to the eventual dismissal of the felony AND misdemeanor charges AND avoiding jail. If you are stuck in a bad situation and are looking for the lawyer to give you that confidence and take the guesswork out of things, I highly recommend Heath.

Attorney Lynch started to build a rapport with me after hours with a consultation since I worked during normal business hours. He didn’t try to pressure me into hiring him but gave me his honest assessment of the situation. He took time away from his family to meet with me after hours multiple times ...in an effort to ensure I stay with my family. He also provided me with his cell phone number to make communication with him faster and easier. Mr. Lynch provided excellent legal strategies and listened when I spoke. He also made sure there was another attorney on the case to ensure constant communication without any delay. The administrative assistants were kind hearted. i had an assault case pending and part of my bond was to get an alcohol tether or remote breath test set up. i could not get any help from the probation department or the person i was suppose to contact originally. after talking with a few different attorneys i spoke to heath told him the details of ...my case and what i was looking for. he told me what he thought he could do and past cases he had similar to mine. Heath was at the probation office within an hour of me hiring him and my appointment to get the remote breath test set up was set for 2 hours later. he also reached out to the alleged victim who had just moved into my house and worked out a way for him to go stay somewhere else while the case went on since we had a no contact order, if he didnt do this i wouldnt have been able to stay at my own home. The alleged victim also didnt want to press charges and regretted calling the police in the first place. i was fully prepared to go to trial and felt confident with heath on my side doing so. However at the pretrial conference he laid out the facts of the case and talked the prosecutor into dropping all charges. I hired Heath Lynch after consulting with 4 other attorneys about my first DUI charge. His expectations during our initial consultation proved true through out the duration of my case. He made no promises, but clearly stated the order of events that my case would take. We held 3-4 follow up meetings... (he was graciously flexible when I was unable to meet in-person, we also opted for phone conferences). He was willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I had about my case, and stood by his approaches with clear understanding of the law and the probable behaviors of the prosecuting attorney, but was also suggested alternative notions and re-appeals, based on the unique variables of my case. He was persistent when contacting the witness on my police report. Chastity and Mackenzie, the legal assistants at SBBL, were extremely thorough with explanation of what was needed from me through the duration of the case. In March of this year I was accused of a crime I didn't commit. As open and honest as I was with the officers they did not believe my story. I remember them leaving my house and saying we came here for answers and we didn't get any. I immediately knew that I needed someone to protect my rights and he...lp prove my innocence. I looked all over the internet and found Heath Lynch. I then called the office and actually reached him at lunch. After speaking with him, I felt confident in his abilities to work within the legal system. Heath reached out to the officers that I spoke with at no cost to me to see if I even needed a lawyer. Once he had spoke to them he gave me options based on the information he had obtained. He didn't force me to sign on with his law firm right away, he let me make the decision and even stated to take 24hrs when I stated I wanted to hire him. Over course of the next four months( Yes cases don't get done in a hour like the tv shows) I was in constant contact with Heath and his staff. There was always someone there to answer my phone calls and I didn't have to leave messages on a answering machine. I think that Heaths strengths really showed when we were able to get one of the possible charges dropped and were left with a more manageable charge. Heath at that point stated that even this charge was to much for the situation and that he would try to get the charge dropped further down. Heath then went to work again and was able to get the charge dismissed and I ended up with a civil infraction. It was a long and difficult journey for myself and my family but I was glad in the end that I had chosen a law firm that had experience and knowledge and I knew that would have my back.
