Heath Michael Lynch

Got pulled over riding my bike one day and was wrongfully charged with "Accosting a Minor for Immoral Purposes". I've never dealt with law enforcement in the past, never even had a parking ticket, and had no idea what to do. I called 4-5 different lawyers with the last being Heath Lynch and immediate...ly knew he was the guy that was going to prove my innocence. The case lasted way longer than it should have due to Covid-19, but Heath was there every step of the way to help advise me and answer any questions I had. He is a beast in the courtroom and pays attention to all of the small details of the case. Unfortunately, the first trial resulted in a mistrial, with the jury being 11-1 (11 not guilty - 1 guilty). A second trial was then scheduled, but fortunately Heath was able to get an OUTRIGHT DISMISSAL OF THE CASE before the second trial started. Heath was able to help prove my innocence and give me my life back. He truly loves what he does, and his passion for law is what gave me full confidence in him throughout the duration of the case. I don't think the word "lose" is even in his vocabulary. I couldn't imagine going with anyone else besides Heath Lynch and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of representation.

A week after a normal night of hanging with a friend, I receive a knock on my door from the police informing me that I have been accused of sexual assault. After turning down the same deal four times, we were set for trial. Halfway through the trial, prosecution offered the same deal one final time. I said no and Heath and I triumphantly walked back into the court room and continued the case. The result of the case was far more amazing than I could’ve ever imagined. The jury deliberated for 15 minutes and came back with a full acquittal!!! Heath is an attorney that fights hard, stands up for what is right, never backs down and always puts his clients first. I have met many attorneys in my life throughout my academic rigor but I can safely say that Heath Lynch is the finest attorney I have ever met in my life. He saved my life. Without him, I have no idea where I would be at this present moment in time but it very well might not be in the comfort of my home. The adage goes, “if you want something done ask a busy person.” Heath Lynch is that person. Although very busy I assume because he is highly sought after, he is never too busy for his clients and never too busy to get the job done properly.
