Exceeded Expectations

Heath Lynch came highly recommended and is someone I highly recommend. In giving advice, he steered me down the right road and managed my expectations well. Excellent communicator; he took the time to make sure I understood the process. I feel like he was looking out for my best interest and he has... earned my respect and trust. Very attentive, aggressive when he needed to be and thorough. My case turned out better than I could’ve hoped for! I will be sending everyone I know to Heath from now on!

We knew from the beginning that the felony charge brought by the prosecutor was extremely aggressive, and the basis for it was less than solid. I was very happy the court agreed with us and dismissed the case immediately following the preliminary exam! Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer

I had a very unique case that involved a lot of digging and unorthodox measures to close succesfully. I am more than happy with my outcome, it took a long time but Heath stuck with me all the way. I can not recommend Heath and his team Chastity and McKenzie enough.
