When I contacted Barone Defense, they were very pleasant and willing to help me. Rob got back to me right away and continued contact with me throughout the entirety of my court dealings. I was arrested for 5th OUIL after a long period of sobriety. I was extremely distraught as I was sure I was going to go to prison. I called the main office on a weekend and obtained Rob as my attorney. He called me within 24 hours and I gave him my history although I was still an emotional mess. ...He was extremely patient with me but most of all he was extremely concerned with my mental health. We discussed treatment options at that point that dealt with dual diagnosis. We were on the phone at least 1 1/2 hours and a few days later he came to our house after a court appearance for another case which was many hours out of his way. He gave me his cell# and told me I could call anytime and he would get back to me the same day if he was in court, etc. He was true to his word. Every time I called or texted him he was there for me. His team worked very hard for me finding a place for treatment that was suitable for my needs and I was inpatient for 30 days. While I was at treatment he made himself available for any questions my husband had. I was then able to deal with my situation a little better. He worked hard for me with the prosecuting attorney as well. He was excellent about keeping me informed about what the court dates were for and he always told me the truth about my situation. Thanks to Rob I received a short jail sentence and some probation but I could have gone to prison for many years as I was a habitual offender. While I was incarcerated he called my husband to see how I was doing and since I have been released he has been in contact to see how I am doing and to answer any questions. I strongly recommend Rob if you need an attorney for DUI. He not only works hard for his clients but he truly cares for you as an individual.
