I found myself facing unemployment and a license investigation/suspension following a period of drug diversion at my former workplace. I found Mr. Andretz while searching for an attorney online after I had an unfortunate situation in which I was arrested for an OWI in Oakland County, with hearing and sentencing at the 47th district court in Farmington Hills. Initially I had actually retained a different attorney that I had found onl...ine and contacted. That attorney basically told me there was nothing I could do in the situation to better the outcome and the best thing for me to do would be to plead guilty and accept the consequences. I did not accept this and later found Mr. Andretz online who told me every case is different and that it was possible to have a more positive outcome. Because of his work and recommendations throughout this entire process, my charge was reduced to that of operating while visibly impaired. I was sentenced to 1 year of probation with minimal testing and community service. I received no jail time. Mr. Andretz further helped me in reporting my conviction to the medical board which was absolutely necessary. He drafted a letter of conviction and to date I have not been reprimanded by the board. I again had an unfortunate situation in which I violated the terms of probation 3 months after sentencing. With the guidance and help of Mr. Andretz I again avoided jail time, in fact I avoided any new repercussions from the violation per the court. I would recommend Mr. Robert Andretz to any friend or family member that required like services. He is a trust worthy attorney and it is more than evident that he truly cares about his clients.

November 2017 I was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated in tawas city in iosco county. I consulted Rob and a local attorney. I was concerned about not using a local attorney. I thought staying with the local gave me the best chance of getting a favorable outcome to protect my caree...r as a CRNA. However after months of poor communication and very little movement in my case, I questioned the local attorney about what he was doing in my case. He suggested I hire another attorney. I again turned to Rob Andretz. He immediately agreed to take over my case even though it was months later. He promised no outcomes but went to work. First off, his communication is excellent. He’s always available or will promptly reply to correspondence when he can. When my BAC came back as 0.168 late in proceedings, I was afraid that little would be able to be done to help my situation. Plus, the prosecutor was upset that I had changed attorneys late in proceedings. Rob again was very honest and open to me about my situation but remained diligent in my defense. The prosecutor offered operating while visually impaired. I did not accept at that time because Rob assured me he had more evidence he needed to review. When we returned for my pre trail hearing, the prosecutor offered disorderly conduct-drunk and careless driving. Rob negotiated disturbing the peace and careless driving which is very important because it was a non alcohol related charge. Rob is a excellent attorney with great communication. If you find yourself choosing between a local attorney and Rob, don’t make the mistake I did but instead go with Mr Andretz from the beginning!!!
