I came across this page with all these wonderful reviews. Then there is the skepticism about online reviews, you wonder if they are fake or paid for. Well after researching him and trusting my instincts I decided to meet with him and go from there. I could tell within the first 5 mins that every wonderful review that you will read on this page is true. I had no clue where to start when it came time to file and he was great about explaining everything very clearly. He was very honest about all of our options and never push us in one direction. He laid everything on the table and listened to what we hoped for and what he felt we could accomplish. Because of my lack of knowledge on bankruptcy I had so many questions. He answered all of them and explained them to me clearly and didn't make me feel silly for asking what I thought might be silly questions. I've dealt with a few lawyers in my lifetime and he is definitely the most down to earth and genuine lawyer I've come across. You can tell from the moment you meet him he takes so much pride in his work. He never took more than a few minutes to respond to an email or call, even on weekends during later hours. So I can't say enough good things about him and if you are thinking about filing you should definitely set up a free consultation because you have nothing to lose. We are finally on to the next chapter of our lives thanks to him. The weight that had been lifted off our shoulders is tremendous and we have Tom to thank for it.

Before hiring an attorney for my Bankruptcy case, I met with several lawyers. I decided to go with Tom, because he was nice, not arrogant, nor did he talk down to me as some of the other lawyer's I met with. As a matter of fact one lawyer I met gave Thomas a favorable recommendation. During my int...eraction with Thomas, he was professional, answered all my questions. responded to all my emails, and if I called he answered and took time out to make sure my concerns were addressed. When we met for my 341 meeting, he made sure I fully understood what was going to happen, he kept me calm. I would recommend him if you are considering bankruptcy. He will make a very stressful time easy for you!

The bankruptcy procedure was not explained to us well. When we would email him with a question, it would take days for him to return it and usually only after we sent another email. He never talked to us on the phone, we left a couple messages for him. He did nothing but file paperwork and make a ...lot of money from it. He talked to us as if we were not intelligent people. I tried to get him to give us specific explanations but they were not forthcoming. I think he would be ok for a cookie cutter type bankruptcy but not helpful for ours.
