A trusted Ch13 Navigator

Tom has been fantastic in helping us work through a difficult bankruptcy, always advocating for us and often successful with a strict trustee & notoriously-strict Federal Judge. Chapter 7.

Tom is hands down the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk too. Clean quiet office that makes you feel at home. Was on time for the hearing and even went over the paperwork with me prior to. The bankruptcy process can be a difficult choice Tom made that process super easy and was always FAST t...o answer my questions.

Thomas Hensel was an excellent bankruptcy attorney who took the time to explain and go over all the paperwork in great detail so that I understood what I was signing. He also kept me abreast on what to expect and when to expect the discharge of debts. Thomas was and is very professional, approacha...ble and friendly. Bankruptcy Filing

Mr Tom Hensel’s guidance throughout the bankruptcy process was very simple and easy to understand. He explained everything clearly- all the whens and wheres of everything as well some really solid advice on when to file or not.
