Took to finding a Bankruptcy Attorney in early '16. Called one and was underwhelmed, then a second, then a third...none of the calls left me feeling good about having a consult with any of them. I found Tom after reading a number of reviews online. I decided to give him, and a few other attorneys, a call. Tom was the only one who made me feel comfortable with my decision in filing, as there's such a stigma attached to bankruptcy. I never felt pressured to hire him, everything regarding the p...reparation to file was done at my pace, and the payment arrangement we came up with worked well with my own financial situation. Through the process, he was very informative and always available, no matter when I called. After the filing, I still received phone calls from some creditors. One creditor in particular would not stop calling, even stated try had no knowledge of the filing, yet their correct address was on the filing papers! Tom quickly stepped in and contacted the creditor, and the calls stopped. Tom is a great guy to have on your side when going through the bankruptcy process. I know I couldn't have chosen a better attorney!!
