Professional, Knowledgeable, & Courteous

I would encourage and recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous attorney to represent them. Tom went above and beyond in getting to know me and my situation in order to assess what the best possible options were. Amazing Attorney

In a time where I didn't know who to turn to I found Thomas Hensel on Avvo. He walked me through the entire process of my bankruptcy and quickly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Easy and Painless

From the beginning, I had a ton of anxiety going into the idea pf bankruptcy. But, Mr.Hensel laid all my concerns to rest! He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He described how everything would go down so I was not surprised. In the end, I was able to file get my debt discharged and I rec...eived money back from previous judgments. I'd recommend him to someone.

My experience

I hired Tom for my case he was great very professional my case went just like he said it would.Was very good at explaining how everything would go. Hiring him was the best thing I did if I needed him again he would be the person I would hire.He knows his job very well.

Team Tom!

I was referred to Mr. Hensel via a friend, I gave him a call, and he called me in for consultation right away. I've never had to consider filing bankruptcy before and although I had done some homework, I still sought clarity and had my doubts as to whether or not I was making the right decision. Tom ...answered all of my questions before I could even think to ask them and after an awesome consultation, my husband and I decided to hire him. The rest is history. Tom made sure that everything was filed correctly and on time so that when my court appearance came, there was nothing else required of me and the process was as quick and painless as possible. All questions (that i could come up with) were answered in a timely fashion and I was actually quite surprised by how easy this was. Filing bankruptcy is quite a process and a decision one should not make lightly, but it was all made easier thanks to Thomas Hensel. Not only did he get the job done, but he provided information and helpful tools to keep me from making the same mistakes. He does an amazing job!
