What would we have done without him!

We were blown off by four different attorneys before Thomas Hensel spoke to us. This was a difficult decision to file for bankruptcy but thank goodness we did, because our situation was critical. Thomas was very thorough and helped us every step of the way. He acted quickly to get the process started.... And now after 5 years, we are totally debt free!

Attentive

Tom was great to work with. He came in after the process began with another incompetent attorney and picked up the pieces. He explained the procedure every step of the way and was attentive and responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend Tom.

Great Attorney. The entire process was simple

I was extremely anxious and afraid about filing for bankruptcy prior to speaking to Thomas. He thoroughly walked me through the entire process and at no point did I feel overwhelmed. So I hired him for filing my chapter 7. Mr Hensel kept everything low pressure. Everything was taken care of in a time...ly manner. I hope I never have to file for bankruptcy again. However, if I do, I'll go to Mr Hensel again.

Chapter 13

Satisfied doesn't even begin to tell the story. Any questions, concerns, or confusion that I had, Tom had an answer for. He gave great advise and kept me informed of my ongoing case. Anytime I called, if I didn't reach him, he returned my call within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Tom to family, ...friends, or anyone who needs help with a bankruptcy. Again, thank you very much, Tom, it was a pleasure.

Excellent Attorney

Tom is an excellent bankruptcy attorney. It starts with his website which contains very helpful information even before you meet with him. He explains everything about your options and the process in detail in a manner that is very easy to understand. He answers all your questions. Much of the infor...mation needed whether to file or subsequently can be done electronically which is quite helpful. One of the things that was most impressive and appreciated is his prompt response to emails and phone calls - withing 24 hours or less. Another point that was appreciated is that you deal with Tom directly not a staff person. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of bankruptcy law and proceedings including some of the less frequently encountered aspects. His calm, reassuring, respectful demeanor was really appreciated especially when attending hearings. I would recommend him to anyone needing a bankruptcy attorney.
